We are a local company started by construction professionals with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Our ethos is simple; we create and improve spaces for people to thrive in and enjoy. We are based in County Durham and undertake projects throughout the whole of the north east of England and cover all aspects of building work. We are an expert company set up to deliver high quality building projects, on time, within budget and with the professionalism that we pride ourselves on.
We understand that undertaking any building work to your own home can be a daunting process that is why customer service is very important to us. We will work with you from the outset to understand what your requirements are and explain to you how we can fulfil them using the most cost efficient and sustainable methods available. Throughout the building process you will be kept informed of the progress of your project as often as you wish and we will be available to discuss any aspect of your project whenever required.

Health and Safety
We are proud of our health and safety record and the health and safety of everyone involved in our projects is a top priority to us. We have our own Health and Safety Policy which is constantly reviewed and updated in accordance with current health and safety legislation and guidelines. We work hard to make sure that our Health and Safety policies are well known, respected and adhered to. Our policy sets out the minimum standards we believe are acceptable — our aim is to work above these levels, continuously. By so doing we work to protect the health, safety and welfare of our employees and all our stakeholders — our clients, our suppliers and the general public — of every project that we work on.
All of our employees have undertaken the relevant health and safety training to ensure that they are competent to carry out their work safely. We will plan, manage and monitor all of our building work so that it is carried out safely. We will also co-operate closely with our clients to meet all of our responsibilities for site safety. For example, we will leave the site in a safe condition at the end of the day and ensure that the residents are not put at risk while work is in progress.
